The ceramic sharpening rod 4455 has an extremely hard surface, which enables knives to be sharpened quickly and easily. The fine ceramic grinds the cutting edge very finely and sharply. The sharpening rod is used like a sharpening steel.
Grit: F 360 / J 800 = F – European standard (FEPA), J – Japanese standard (JIS).
