Description
The Wüsthof vegetable knife from the Performer series is used as a small paring knife / all-purpose knife.
It is a valuable helper when cutting onions and herbs as well as when preparing vegetables.
The blade is made from a piece of chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel and has a DLC coating.
This is a diamond-like carbon that is quite strong. The blade not only looks fantastic, but is also protected against high temperatures, acids and scratches.
The knife handle fits particularly well in the hand.
We recommend rinsing and drying the Wüshof knife from the Performer series immediately after use.
Never clean in the dishwasher or leave in water for a long time.
